- We offer flat rate shipping at Rs. 199/- for all orders within Pakistan.
- All orders below Rs.1000 shall be charged a handling fee.
- We aim to process and dispatch orders within 24 - 48 working hours from the time of order placement.
- After dispatch, orders may take 3 - 7 business days to deliver based on customer's location.
- During promotions or busy periods, processing and deliver times may be longer and can take upto 15 working days or more.
- We do not currently offer international shipping.

- Returns are accepted for unworn, unwashed products with original tags within 14 days after delivery
- Include a copy of the invoice and state the reason for returning the items.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning merchandise via a reliable delivery service (courier or registered post).
- Delivery charges and any other associated fee e.g handling fee, are non-refundable.
